Cancellation Policy
At BlowDryGal, my time and my clients’ time are equally valued. To ensure the highest level of service for everyone, the following policy is in effect for all appointments:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be accommodated at no charge. Your confirmation fee will be applied toward your rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your confirmation fee.
Clients who do not cancel and fail to be present at the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the service total.
